Lavender is used in a variety of traditional applications for purification, protection & aromatherapy. 
The scent helps sooth & calm tension, nausea and headaches. Method use include, burning as incense for smudging, 
clearing & balance, relaxing aromatic baths, teas, dream pillows, tinctures & sachets. Often mixed with other herbs such as Jasmine, Rose Petals or Patchouli to create potpourri's.
